Most kitchens in Springfield will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Illinois usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

No wonder this place has over 1K positive reviews, and the reviews speak for themselves!! The staff here are all very nice and they pack on a generous portion! The falafel is prepared fresh to order, very delicious! I also got their bowl and it's SUPERB, I love all their fresh ingredients! And they gave me extra falafel and baklava, made my day. I appreciate their kind customer service. Thank you, pita or bowl!!

We had lunch here today and absolutely loved it! π The place is clean and the food was sooo good! We tried the chicken shawarma bowl, shish tawook bowl, falafel, hummus, and lentil soup, and honestly everything was delicious. My favorite was the chicken shawarma with rice π€€ and their sauces are so good too! Highly recommend! Yummy, high protein, filling portions, and you can build your bowl just how you like it! The lady there was sooo sweet and generous! I didnβt even get a chance to take pictures of everything.

We stopped for lunch looking for fresh and healthy food after a week of road tripping and eating out at diners. Our only disappointment is that we stopped because we were just passing through Springfield on our way home to Wisconsin. The portions are more than generous which is only a benefit when the food is this good! The owners were so friendly and lovely and they even offered us a complimentary dessert. We were so pleased with our bowls and pita. The restrooms were clean. I wish this restaurant was closer to our home.

The food was good and hot! The bill was $35 (with tip) for two bowls with one protein and some pita chips. The portions are very good for the price too. The service was also very good. The guy we had was talkative and very friendly! The only thing I didnβt like very much was the menu inside had ai photos on it that didnβt represent what you were getting very well. However, itβs not a deal breaker for me because they had real photography all around the restaurant. The food was also too good for me to care too much.

We heard about this place and had to come check it out. It was DELICIOUS! Everything was super fresh, seasoned to perfection. I got the bowl with basmati rice and lamb kabob. Im a big fan of tangy flavor so for my toppings I got red cabbage, arabic pickels, pickled turnips, and feta cheese. One order of fries was enough for both my husband and I to share. The spicy garlic sauce was so good. If you like a real spicy green sauce, get the dakka sauce. It had super good flavor but was just too hot for me but my husband loved that one too. The baklava was SO TASTY too! Everyone who worked there was super friendly too! The owner was very nice. We'll definitely be back again!
